I really wanted to give this treatment a 5 star but sadly the facial was average and lacked quite a bit. The three stars are for the amazing location, ambience, courteous and polite staff, very sweet therapist Marlana. They were so lovely that it breaks my heart to give them three stars.The facial was for 50 minutes as against 1 hour stated. The massage techniques needed a lot of improvement, there was only a few steps. I’ve always had facials which involve quite a few steps of massage but this clearly lacked these. Also, I found the hands need to be gentle but this wasn’t the case with my facial. I expected more from a spa facial but it didn’t even cover the basic techniques of steam, extraction. I really wished this facial would have been good as really really loved the ambiance, location, cleanliness and amazing staff. To summarise this wasn’t worth the money and I am unhappy that it wasn’t for an hour. I wouldn’t pay to have this done again
