After what was the greatest deep cleansing facial I have ever had at Primas, this was an utter disappointment. I am not sure the therapist was even aware of what facial I had booked as I had to remind her it was a deep cleanse and that I would like extractions. I then had some quite half hearted extractions performed and will be doing the rest myself at home this evening. I am glad I managed to get a his on an early bird deal as I would have been extremely annoyed to have paid full price for something I didn’t actually book. I probably won’t be returning here for a facial again. Very disappointed.

Great place and excellent value for money. I had my facial with Maria and she was lovely! I do think the facial could be better by including extractions etc but otherwise great.
