The worst waxing experience I have ever had. The therapist didn't finish the job, she didn't use gloves and left me bleeding. She then proceeded to charge me full price for an unfinished treatment. I had requested the Lycon wax but having spoken to several other beauty therapists about my experience, it seems unlikely that Lycon was actually used in my treatment. They then told me they wouldn't accept card. When I handed over the cash, the therapist then tried to short change me.

I can highly recommend the Derma Planning carried out the Huma, she is very knowledgeable and explained the whole treatment prior to starting.
My skin has been looking amazing and this 4 days after treatment.

I think my therapist was lovely & did a good job. However, being given only 30 mins (or less) to do a Hollywood wax is not long enough as there were still quite a few stray hairs. Not the therapists fault, but the time pressure she was put under.
It was also quite annoying not being able to pay by card this close to Christmas.
