I think my therapist was lovely & did a good job. However, being given only 30 mins (or less) to do a Hollywood wax is not long enough as there were still quite a few stray hairs. Not the therapists fault, but the time pressure she was put under.
It was also quite annoying not being able to pay by card this close to Christmas.
