I have going here for over a year, I get my nail, hair and lash done . They are All lovely Ladies and I leave feeling satisfied and looking forward to my next visit .
Huma goes out of he way to make me comfortable even buying a snack , as I am usually there for a while.
I strongly recommend going to Prim & Pampered 👌🏾😊

The worst waxing experience I have ever had. The therapist didn't finish the job, she didn't use gloves and left me bleeding. She then proceeded to charge me full price for an unfinished treatment. I had requested the Lycon wax but having spoken to several other beauty therapists about my experience, it seems unlikely that Lycon was actually used in my treatment. They then told me they wouldn't accept card. When I handed over the cash, the therapist then tried to short change me.
