I booked an appointment and paid before hand. I go to the store and Huma is not even there and I’m told that she’s not coming in today. Couldn’t get my eye brow threaded and neither did I get my money back. I have no idea how this place even is running.

Absolutely great experience. Comes into the store - clean and pleasant. A lady was getting her nails done and another her brows - clearly a popular store! First time doing eyebrow threading and I got taught what to do. Didn’t hurt much compared to plucking.
