Never showed for appointment in the morning, spent most of my day trying to get a refund,had to go back to the salon in the late afternoon, didn’t really seem to want to help, issue was resolved eventually but will not be returning

I booked this very last minute. Huma did my facial threading. I thought her hand was a bit heavy compared to the salon I usually go to, like the thread was scratching my face and a lot of hair left, like only the darker ones were removed. She tried to sell me waxing and laser treatments. The prices on Treatwell are all wrong too. Full face does not include face (???) only chin, upper lip and eyebrows. For actual face (side burns) I had to pay an extra £8, which again on Treatwell is wrong.
