I went to this salon for a haircut and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the salon itself was dirty and the tools being used did not seem clean or hygienic. Secondly, my hair was ruined — you can clearly see scissor marks, and the sides were cut very unevenly. I tried to explain what I wanted and pointed out the issues, but the hairdresser was rude and did not listen to my requests at all.
