I have been going here for a couple of years and have always been realky pleased. The brow threading is precise and professional, and the staff are friendly and welcoming every time.
It is excellent value for money, and the salon is always clean and comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality brow threading.

Stylist was amazing. She was trying to fix the mess her colleague had made a few days earlier. She couldn’t fix it but she made it less horrific. She was very knowledgeable & knows her stuff. The owner was very hostile, the stylist who ruined my hair previously was also off with me. Tried to charge me full price & was very condescending. My hair is now dry & frazzled & ginger. An apology or some compassion would have made it better, but I just got denials & bad attitudes.

Asked for a balayage refresh on my already balayaged hair & left with a full head of ginger hair with an inch root. It looked like I had a grown out home box dye. When I asked the stylist what had happened she said “I don’t know” & walked away. That was it. There was no apology & no acknowledgement. I had to argue with the owner who begrudgingly offered to fix it - it’s not fixed, just less patchy. They wanted to charge me full price because I quote “we used a lot of product to do that”.
