Another hilariously bad experience. There must be a better way of verifying these venues’ quality. The reviews have got to be fake or rigged? Or paid for? My left foot is a bit messy, but my right foot is a joke. The lady was so sweet, I didn’t have the heart to say anything — and to be honest, I didn’t really trust she’d do a better job touching it up. Half the nails on my right foot are smudged, or so gappy they look ridiculous. This was me giving Treatwell one last chance, but I’m done. It’s a pants app.

They need to put something up to block the view from the wide open door into a shopping centre and the door to the cubicle where intimate waxing is done. They could do with some music too. Perfectly friendly staff though.
