Overall it was ok and met expectations. I think it is missing a Unique selling point, a bit more relaxed music, something around the service to enhance the welcoming, the experience and to feel in good hands.

The therapist was great and i got a really great manicure. It was my first experience having a gelish manicure as i'm going away on holiday and was really pleased with the results!
