It was OKish, but I was not fully satisfied. Rather dissapointed as I was looking forward to it. The lady on reception was lovely. I was promised one hour, but it took about 30 min to do nails, which in my opinion is very quick, and then another 15 min to dry them. When the polish was damaged on one of the nails, therapist did not make it up from the beginning. I thought she was lazy. When I asked to redo it, she just covered it up without removing polish first. Anyway it can be seen. I won't come back. I had much better experiences.

The therapist is a perfectionist, a very rare quality for threading! The location is easy to find, the atmosphere and ambience are lovely. Great value for money. I definitely recommend this place!
Fabulous clinic run by fabulous people! Beautifully clean and ambient with a stunning interior. Services are professional and executed to the highest quality. The facials are particularly relaxing and great! Thank you Shahla and Sherry!

Beautifully clean with a stunning interior. A business run by 2 sisters, both of whom are very welcoming and friendly. The therapist especially is fantastic, a real professional. Not like other places which push you to get extra treatments, they'll tell you exactly what you need, when and why.
A great addition to West Hampstead.
I regularly have treatments at Prestidge, even though they only opened last year, I don't know how I managed without them before! Unlike other beauty salons, this one is he best I have been to. Run by two sisters Shahla and Sherrie, they always offer the highest standard of treatments and are so caring, they always make me laugh too! They want the best for your wellbeing, which I think means a lot, they don't pressure you to buy the products which you can use at home, like so many other beauty salons do. Even though I sometimes treat myself to some as they have a wide range of high quality products.
The beauty rooms are made to high spec and I always look forward to going there as I know its time that I can relax and treat myself to a little bit of me time! The beauty therapist Shahla always does the best job on my eyebrows, she's quick and painless and always creates the perfect shape. I love to have their massages, I work in quite stressful job and this really helps to relieve the tension. I have also had reflexology in my feet which I found so interesting! Simron who also works there has given me many a manicure. I haven't tried a lot of different treatments, I tend to stick to the ones know and love, but I'm always enquiring about other ones they offer and I'm sure I will be having something new in the future.
I would highly recommend Prestidge, I live quite far away, but it is most definitely worth the journey!
