Always a wonderful experience. Claire really notices problem areas and adapts accordingly. I was feeling under the weather with sinus problems and Claire massaged my face and helped to ease my sinus pain as well as giving me done great tips for aftercare I would always recommend Claire.

Had the menstrual treatment. Claire chose a great aromatherapy mix especially for the symptoms which smelt really good. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Claire clearly has been doing this for a very long time, she knows exactly where I need targeted attention on my body that I don’t know about! Another attribute that I love about Claire is that she explains what she is doing and advises on yoga moves and exercises which help in between my massage sessions. Thank you Claire, next sessions already booked!

Wow, what an amazing find Claire was. I was down working in Bristol for an intense week & was quite stressed! She was recommended by a colleague (from Bristol) so I booked in for an Indian head massage. Having traveled extensively in India and South East Asia I’ve had lots of massages, I have to say this was one of the best head massages I’ve ever had! Not only was it extremely relaxing but Claire herself has a calming persona and makes you immediately feel at ease. Wish I lived closer!

About

I have had an interest and have been treating individuals in bodywork for over 20 years.I came to bodywork by witnessing stress and its affects on the body and mind as a whole. I first studied Massage, Anatomy and Physiology back in 1999 at Cornwall college. Since then I have lived in Brighton, London and now Bristol. In Brighton I attended a health studies course where further sciences & psychology led me to achieve a final project on stress in the workplace. This led me onto training in acupressure in London and I have then gone on to work within companies in London & Bristol providing seated massage and focusing on clients with issues arising from bad posture and stress. As well as this I have been practicing all the bodywork styles I have added to my skills on my journey as a therapist, I am also certified in deep tissue, indian head, pregnancy and facials. Massage is such a joy and a gift to give and I can only hope that my passion for these therapies are reflected in the treatments recieved ❤️

Located in the Paintworks and part of Lukasz Szejka Studio, a massage space surrounded by plants on a quiet road at the residential end of the development.

There is 3 hours free parking in the Paintworks car park and toilets and refreshments on site.
