The threading was done really beautifully and professionally and she really took her time to make it perfect. The toilet was not clean when I went to use it. The gel nails took forever and I had to stop the appointment as I had other business to attend to downtown and I went about 30+ minutes over my time anyway because of my previous Shellac nails not soaking off and then the gel nail varnish wouldn't cure under the UV lamp that they were using at the salon.
Mostly had a pleasant conversation, but there were some inappropriate personal questions from her. On top of this I was asked several times if I was 'angry' because I didn't 'look pleased' and it made me feel pressured to keep her happy so that I could get the nails done and be on my way (didn't get them done though).
I was offered to go back to do threading for free since I didn't get the nails done in the end (I didn't get a refund, didn't want to ask for one because I was stressed from feeling that it was my fault that the beauty technician seemed annoyed with me), and I really appreciate the sentiment of them trying to give me a good experience in the end. No hard feelings from me but after thinking about it for a couple of days I think that the best thing is just for me to go somewhere else for my threading and my nails next time. That way it won't feel awkward for me or the beauty technician. Thanks again for the really nice threading.

Very friendly. I was apprehensive at getting this done again as my last experience was very bad. However this was amazing. I felt comfortable and at rest, I was even able to have a conversation with her throughout the session.My friend has already booked her appointment to see you.
