I visited to get my face ready for my holiday in a couple of days. I wanted a low-maintenance natural look so opted for brow and lash tinting with some eyelash extensions.
Let me start with the positives. The eyebrow threading was amazing - my first time ever - the practitioner was skillful and there was no pain. She then tinted my eyebrows, trimmed the longer ones and they now look AMAZING. I would deffo recommend that treatment to anyone who's unsure.
I don't want this to be a bad review as such - the salon staff were very nice -but I'm hoping they can take this on board as constructive criticism and grow from this feedback...
The eyelashes. I told her I was keen to look natural and said I don't wanna look like a tranny. She assured me the eyelashes would look very natural so I lay back with my eyes closed and let her do her thing. When I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror I was very shocked. The lashes were way too big and flamboyant. Even my mates - the kinder ones - said 'they're not tooooo bad' while laughing. All of the lashes seem to be the same length, even the ones placed at the inner corner of the eye, giving it a doll-like appearance. I'm actually embarrassed to have them on my face to be honest. The practitioner offered to trim them but at that point I just wanted to go.

The other thing that could be improved was that while I was sitting back in the chair with my eyes closed, another girl came into the salon. The practitioner, whilst doing my treatment, had a long conversation with the other girl in a different language. This may seem like a minor point but it made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer, not just because I was excluded from the conversation but because I felt my treatment was taking a back seat to whatever was happening in the conversation.
I'm giving 2* for overall experience.

I booked for our bride to be on a hen weekend. The outside of the shop really doesnt look like much but once inside the lovely lady immediately makes you feel welcome. we were offered drinks and I had a really comfy chair while I waited. our hen was asked what she wanted and what she was wearing on the night out. The make up was done beautifully and exactly what she asked for. her hair was a little rushed because we had to be elsewhere and I was amazed at what she did in such a little about of time. The hen looked like a princess and could not of been happier. I would definitely visit again.
I really had a nice time. the lady made sure I was comfortable as much as possible.

Didn't have a clue about how to apply spray tan! She unscrew the tan and pour it into the sprayer. The next day when I washed it off I noticed that she had completely missed the backs of my legs and arms. An absolute nightmare as I had a wedding.
