The beautician struggled to get the gel off as it was from another salon, as she had another client due, she started scraping the polish off damaging my nails in the process. After 55 minutes I had to leave with no gels on and damaged nails. The salon said they would charge me £10 more to go back to get gels on even though I paid £27 to get them done. They won’t reply to emails now or refund me any of the money. I was a REGULAR CLIENT - disgusting treatment. Wouldn’t recommend!
