Rita is a knowledgeable hairdresser however I was very disappointed with my silk press.Within 20 mins of leaving the salon my hair began to get ‘puffy’ & 1.5hrs after,when I arrived at my birthday party it looked like it simply been blow dried. I had used a semi permanent dye in a natural hair salon 4 weeks ago & make a conscious effort condition/treat my hair. I was told the treatment failed due to condition of my hair but my hair is not in bad condition. Sad experience overall
