Went all the way to London to get my hair done booked via Treatwell. Travelled for 3 hours only to get there and for them to say they won't be colouring hair as the main person was no there. So why let me book it? Why waste time and money to get there only to be turned away? Not even an apology was given. Rude staff members too.
