The lady that did my hair told me that I had not pre paid for a cut and ombré, when I could prove to her on my bank statement that I had. She then forced me to pay an additional charge. The whole experience was not enjoyable,my hair was dry cut when I had paid for a wash and cut, and a whole chunk was missed which I had to cut myself once I got home. They didn’t use a toner on the colour so it came out orange / yellow and I’ve had to re tone and condition my whole head daily.
