Was worth the money, but wasn’t offered a drink of any sort (which I have in every other hairs dressers I have been to. My hair was also dried without asking if I wanted a particular style.

Very rude staff, and very poor haircut. I asked to get about half a foot trimmed off, and the stylist seemed very nervous, her hands visibly shaking during the entire cut which only took about ten minutes. The result was a very uneven, choppy cut several centimetres shorter than I’d asked for. When I mentioned this, I was very rudely told it was my own fault for having thick hair, and that there was no time to do it better as there were customers waiting (the entire salon was empty and all time slots had been available when I booked earlier that same day). She all but kicked me out with one of the worst cuts of my life. Will now have to get it fixed somewhere more professional, and wait for it to grow out again.
