Definitely the worse experience. I initially booked my appointment for 6 pm but got a text message saying they were running 10 mins behind so I went there a little later to still wait another hour. The staff did not seem to be very friendly or bothered by the fact that I had been sitting there an hour, was not even reassured once of the situation or apologised to. Once I was finally seen too the waxing itself was absolutely horrible, I know a Hollywood waxing is generally painful cause I have had many but this was extremely painful, the wax was really stringy and not the best so had to re do many times and the lady did not apply it in a way to make it less uncomfortable, I think she just wanted to do it as quick as possible so no care or consideration was taken. Would not recommend at all

It gets quite busy and overbooked which means that you may end up waiting for a long time even if you had an appointment! Also one of the staff kind of was impolite with the whole delaying situatioN with two customers, suggesting it was our fault for not allowing extra time despite appointments.

The staff are very good at what they do, the venue could be nicer but it is very reasonably priced for the area and they often give you free samples of new products to take home.
