DO NOT go here for a manicure or pedicure. I went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure however I regretting it as soon as a sat down. The place is not clean and I don't think they sterilise their tool. I've has this manicure for 5 days and it's pealing away like normal nail polish. I haven't been using my hands for anything that would damage shellac nails (haven't even cooked!) and believe this is happening because she used a random nail polish and dodgy UV light. For the pedicure she peeled away so much skin that my heels were cut and sore. This was the most unprofessional mani pedi I've ever had or thought could even exist. Left me wondering if she had any qualifications to do nails.

I booked french manicure at 2:00pm from Treatwell site but salon stuff called me time was charged at 1pm in last minutes.
It was first time to visit nail salon in my life, i didn't know what's different with Shellac nail and french nail. I booked french nail so I have no doubt staff did French manicure. However, when she had finished polish my nail,She said its shellac nail, should pay £20!! I booked French nail it's £12. Why I had paid £20?
Also I checked the salon page on Treatwell site it's £18!!
I don't know why they cheated me and take over price money.
It was a very bad disorganize salon.
I did complain but they didn't listen at all and started to blame me lots by two staff... even i paid £20 over the price.
It was so bad feeling.
I know I haven't the knowledge about nail but they work as a professional and they missed my order details. Why they blamed me and take over the price... they looked down me and never appreciate me.
I won't back to there anymore :(
