The shellac treatments was very good, lots of colours to choose from, paraffin treatment treatment made my skin feel nice and soft, I award this salon with 5 stars.

I'm not normally one to complain but this was the worst hair treatment I have ever received. Firstly, the hairdresser asked me what I was after and then proceeded to tell me that I had booked in for the wrong treatment and questioned me on what I thought the difference was between hightlights and balayage whilst being completely rude and unprofessional. We then agreed on what I wanted and she told me it would be double the price of what I originally thought. I was happy to pay for a good service so we continued. The hairdresser almost ripped my hair out, she was so rough it hurt. This was throughout the brushing, washing, blow dry, the whole thing. She even managed to rip out my earring and ignore the fact that I was bleeding from it. On top of this, my balayage is uneven poorly blended.
I'm surprised at the good reviews as I would never recommend this salon to anyone - save yourself the money and stress.
