Whilst the lady is really lovely the hair cut was very average. The cut was just blunt straight across with little skill and I had to point out very uneven sides. The wash was sloppy and a bit painful and I wasn't offered a drink or head massage or magazines or anything. The Blow dry was very painful and she used an old brush with spiky ends. The hair curlers were broke so she had to use a heat proof glove to hold the hair around the curlers. I have been here before and had better experiences and the lady is amazing with eyebrow threading - just the hair cut was disappointing.
