i had a hair removal treatment here, the treatment itself was great, the salon is quite small but their prices are quite reasonable so can’t complain.

Really poor customer service. I've been here twice now and each time appointments were very late. First time I booked through Treatwell on the day and was kept waiting for over an hour. I gave them a second chance as the pedicure was pretty good for the price. Second time I booked a few days in advance and still arrived to be told they couldn't fit me in, wasting a lot of money on local parking. While I was waiting to be told this, two more customers came in with pre-booked appointments and were turned away. Really negative attitude from staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
