Really poor customer service. I've been here twice now and each time appointments were very late. First time I booked through Treatwell on the day and was kept waiting for over an hour. I gave them a second chance as the pedicure was pretty good for the price. Second time I booked a few days in advance and still arrived to be told they couldn't fit me in, wasting a lot of money on local parking. While I was waiting to be told this, two more customers came in with pre-booked appointments and were turned away. Really negative attitude from staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Great location and value for money, were running a bit late but wasn't a problem and they did apologize. Was a little messy inside and did want my hair a little shorter but I am satisfied.
