the japanese straightening treatment was recommended to me by a friend, at first i was quite skeptical as my hair has quite tight curls however it worked perfectly on my hair, it’s a bit expensive but totally worth it.

The staff were friendly and polite as always, the treatment room was also nice and tidy, minor delay but I was offered a nice cuppa so that made up for it :)
