Good value for money. Shop is small and not in the best condition. But eyebrow thread and nails done to a good condition - although not sure the colour is the one I picked. Therapist was polite and friendly but quiet - Which suited me down to the ground, don't enjoy small talk. Was made to wait a little for my appointment, and at no point was I offered a drink, which is usually standard. Would go back as good value for money and happy with treatments.

Booked for a blow out here. It was very quick, which I appreciated as I was in a hurry. My hair looked good that day and it lasted the next day too. But I wouldn't return unless I was desperate. Last time I booked here for a blowout they cancelled me the night before saying they had overbooked. I was really disappointed because I needed my hair done for an event so had to go without. They could not accommodate my booking even though it was all done through Treatwell. This time, they charged me £8 extra because they said what I asked for was more complicated (a few waves in the ends, I thought it would be worth it but there didn't seem to be much to it - though I don't know much about hair tbh). The stylist was efficient, gave me a head massage when washing my hair but her nails were long and scraped my scalp unpleasantly. The whole experience was fine but in no way luxurious. The salon itself is clean and compact.

The threading was very good but the price changed from £7.90 to £12 as she claimed the area that needed threading was bigger, but there were no other options on the price list.
