I was seen by the younger lady (the daughter?) and she was the most unpleasant person I've encountered. Rude from the start, was seen 10mins late which doesn't bother me but it would've been courteous to say she'd be with me shortly or something like that, when I got there, completely ruined my eyebrows (I didn't even say anything about them initially as I just wanted to get out of there but I looked visibly concerned because of it, so she got stroppy with me).
Short changed me then actually huffed at me when I said there should be another £2 change from a £10 note.
Then I got a call from Treatwell later that day to ask about me cancelling the booking - which I didn't, maybe she said I did to cover her back?!
Maybe it's the older lady who got them the positive reviews - I can't comment on her. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I genuinely would never go there again.
