After being told “just 5mins or so” repeatedly I got taken 25mins late to my appointment, after 35mins left outside. Nicole was lovely, really nice girl but after being reminded to go check on her other client’s highlights (unimpressed that she was going between two clients at once when I paid for a deluxe service) she seemed preoccupied. I ended up with a severe chin length chop at the front of my long non layered hair instead of gradual feathering. Looks like curtains. Very upset overall.
Staff were kind. There was a wee bit of a wait but I think it was adjusting to the new covid guidelines. They were being responsible and following protocol. My cut is great.
