Salon had been covid secured, masks hand sanitisers and washing facilities. But the atmosphere remains upbeat and positive. I have fine frizzy to tight coil hair and it is a nightmare. Gavin has taken it from dyed brunette with balayage to tones of grey with zero damage and so well done it held through lockdown! Both he and Stevan have cut my hair and it has always been a joy, constant checking and re checking that they are going in the right direction. I am so glad to be back 😁

After being told “just 5mins or so” repeatedly I got taken 25mins late to my appointment, after 35mins left outside. Nicole was lovely, really nice girl but after being reminded to go check on her other client’s highlights (unimpressed that she was going between two clients at once when I paid for a deluxe service) she seemed preoccupied. I ended up with a severe chin length chop at the front of my long non layered hair instead of gradual feathering. Looks like curtains. Very upset overall.
