First impression was very good, the salon was well presented, clean and we were promptly welcomed upon arrival. After filling out a form, Swati explained the piercing aftercare to us. Once in the treatment room, my daughter picked out her studs and after taking a few measurements, Swati did a very efficient job of piercing my daughter's ear. She was very quick and precise, and chatted to my daughter throughout, keeping her distracted and relaxed. Brilliant experience and result.

Had Botox and an eyebrow treatment ,can’t recommend this salon and Rox enough ,extremely caring and patient and knowledgeable listens to any concerns you may have and puts you at complete ease .
