Really happy with my nails. The technician was very friendly and patient. He also worked very quickly but still produced high quality nails. I was a bit let down by how quiet the salon was, I think the use of a radio or speaker to play music would be a lot better. Also, there was a plastic bottle on the ground full of cigarette butts and water on the floor in my eye-line which made me question the cleanliness standards of the salon and staff.

I was expecting a soak off but instead the nail tech just used a e-file to file off the colour which left residue on the nails. My nails are now thinner and ridged, as confirmed by my regular nail tech.
