Average manicure, polish application was not the best. However great pedicure, really thorough.
Atmosphere in the salon isn’t great, a lot of noise and unhappy customers. I think it the front of staff was able to better manage complaints and ppl the salon could be much improved. Seemed like very little communication between staff too as a lot of customers having to wait a long time.
Not sure I would return again unless changes are made.
Never again!! Place was dirty, the tools they used had not been cleaned for ages. I paid 33£ for a shellac manicure which I think is very expensive given the hygiene etc. of the place. On top of that they asked 5£ more for removal. When I said that that was not in stated in the description when I did the booking they said that it doesn’t matter and I still should pay. So I ended up paying 38£ for such a poor service and poor hygiene treatment.
The staff have no idea as to how to run the business in an organised manner. I got COVID the day of my appointment and left about 6 missed calls and voicemails to check in with them to possibly explore rescheduling. I went in 3 separate times once they got back to me, each time asking me to speak to the manager (who never picks up the phone). When I was finally proposed an appointment time the eyebrow technician didn’t even show and I was asked to come in again! Definitely will not be returning or bothering to reschedule.
