Awful wax. So painful I've had to not wear my knickers all day. I think half my skin was removed with the hair. Obviously super cheap wax. The technician was lovely. Although very slow. The receptionist was awful. No personal skills at all. No help. No credit card machine. Looked blankly when I arrived for my appointment. Didn't offer me any change so I could tip the beautician when I asked. Just will never be going back.
