I will never go back to this place again, terrible experience. Pedicure was done really badly and when I complained after the treatment as the nail polish was smudged, it was done very and when I got back home I could properly see that the nail polish was all over my toes. With all the respect, if Iām paying someone for the pedicure to be done, I would expected the quality to be better that I would do it myself at home. The customer service was really bad too, I do not reccomend.

Booked Deluxe Gel Mani&Pedi on Saturday. Natalie done pretty bed job, had my cuticle covered in the gel. After spending 2 hours in the salon , where Natalie applied the gel and then had to removed it. El was so nice and done the proper manicure for me. Overall had to canceled my plans and had all Saturday destroyed. Pedicure was done fine, small correction had to be made as had gel on my cuticles as well. Unfortunately I wont be coming back or will be coming only to El.
