Experience was ok, there was a dog around, offered a drink but not possible to have tea with milk as they hadn’t any. My hair looked nice but the curls dropped soon after leaving.

Whilst the therapist was nice and smiley, the whole experience wasn’t great. The therapist was quite rough when attending to my cuticles and actually made me bleed by nicking the edge of my skin with the tweezers she used to remove of the cuticle build up. I felt like she wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. There was a used discarded Starbucks cup on the counter where I was told to sit which wasn’t removed and the nail dryer was really quite dirty and dusty too.
