Did not have the therapist I booked in with and the salon did not contact me to inform me that Esmerelda no longer works there. Brows look no different in shape after treatment. Not sure therapist really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Will not be returning, very poor compared to previous excellent experiences. Very frustrating experience.
