I have been going to poise for this treatment for years and it was always amazing. Esmeralda is gone, and the new practician is more that disappointing. My eyelashes are stuck together with residual glue, and the whole process was painful with tint and glue continuously getting in my eyes. I will not be going back sadly

Unfortunately when I showed up my appointment was not with who I booked it - I wish this would have been communicated prior. The wax itself was ok, not as good as I am used to and the woman who did them was very nice, but I do think if you book with someone and they are not available then this should be communicated with the client. I have been going here for years now so this was really disappointing.
