I've been there twice. I was a bit disappointed the first time, but wanted to give it another try, as the place is lovely and staffs are really nice. However, my gel manicure only lasted 2 days (it chipped on the second day) whereas it has always lasted at least 3 weeks when I did it elsewhere.
