lucy has been cutting and colouring my hair for years now i wouldn't go anywhere else! shes amazing at what she does and i always get compliments on my hair colour when its been done! the salon is nice and welcoming. its lovely going there i would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my colour and cut. Exactly how I envisaged it as an end result. Lovely salon and friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and at ease. Will always come back here

Amazing Salon Best Blow dry in Loughton! I have been using Platinum for my colour, cut and regular blow dries for a few years now. Amazing service and the quality of cut, colour and knowledge of different hair techniques is second to none. I always recommend Lucy and the Platinum gang to anyone asking for a good hairdresser.
