Lovely technician but they won’t trim my cuticles without further charges which is very strange giving that I had an acrylic refill (Ombré) that needed a lot of filling to the nails and cuticles. Trimming the cuticles should be part of the process to get the job done properly! Also insinuated that refilling with a change in the nails’ shape would incur separate charges. Not customer friendly!!

It was very rushed. I was supposed to get 45 minutes but it was finished in 20. The colour was uneven and there were marks on it. I’m not going again.
