Firstly the tools and files are being reused and don’t appear to be sanitised filing was quite rough, in fact I was bleeding and had to put hands in acetone for way longer than was comfortable, SNS nails are weird shape pointing in different directions and in total cost me £100 for gel pedicure and SNS manicure but was told cuticles are extra and what I would normally expect as part of a manicure would cost more. Terrible experience I feel robbed
