Roya is a brilliant hairdresser. She knew exactly what style would suit my hair and just asked me how short I wanted to go.
5 stars for the haircut and 5 stars for the cost, especially in Pinner.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars for the experience was the waiting time. I arrived at 2.30pm but had to wait till 3 for hair to be washed. This was fine for me as I wasn't in a hurry but there were 2 other clients having colour at the same time and there is only 1 Roya!
