The stylist was good. However I was kept waiting for 35 minutes before I was seen and I had to move my car as the meter was going to run out after the hour.
I also sat with wet hair at the basi while she was finishing off her client. For some reason they were running very late

I had such a brilliant experience with Roy’s. I originally went in just wanting a cut but she was incredibly honest and professional about the condition of my hair. After years of box dye and damage, she gently explained that what I really needed was a proper colour correction and healthier approach- and I’m SOOOOO grateful she did!!! She chose the PERFECT colour for my skin tone and features. Honestly, it’s taken years off me and made my hair look healthier and shinier!!! Highly recommended!!!
