I haven’t been to a salon in years because of a few bad experiences in the past so I have trimmed, bleached and dyed my own hair for a few years now & I’ve always felt judged when Ive tried going to a salon because my hair is a bit damaged and uneven because of it. Roya was insanely lovely, took the time to make sure I was comfortable & talked me through my hair & how to get it healthier & how I can help it grow & different ways of styling it. Ive never had such a great experience! 10/10 ☺️🫶🏻

I got my hair done here more than a month ago. It was an absolutely awful experience the hair dresser put bleach all over my head did not give me the cut I wanted. All she had to do was match my blonde but she made my whole hair orange instead. I have been dying my hair blonde for 7 years and she completely took out all my beautiful tones. I showed an inspo picture and I got the exact opposite. I would never trust them again

The hair cut and wash was great but despite booking in advance we had a wait half an hour to be seen. There was hair left on the floor, understandably as Roya was on her one but with all the time I had waiting for to be seen you notice these things. Haircut was lovely though ☺️
