I did not get seen by the technician I booked with. And the gel removal was very poorly done, there was still residue left on my nails and the filing was not done properly. Usually have good service but very disappointing service today. I have had to complete the job myself at home. And all this whilst having to wait for my pre booked appointment. The salon should consider not overbooking themselves so as to see people on time and not rush their appointments
