Booked with Vivian as I want her to do my nails. Wasn't seen by Vivian, instead one lady started the removal of my acrylic nails and another lady took over half way through and finished the job. Not a great experience which is unusual.

Added on shellac removal charges at the end of my treatment without explaining during my treatment that it would be a 10 pound charge. I don’t mind paying extra but it’s good customer service to explain charges that the customer may have missed instead of expecting the customer to know (especially if they haven’t been before)
