Took a long time for acrylic to be removed - I usually go to a different place so I guess technique is different. It took over 2 hours for a acrylic removal and shellac which in my opinion is too long.

Pedicure was rushed and nail polish smudged when I got home. They moved me to the reception area to let my feet dry but the floor was covered in hair from the hairdressers next to it. So my feet were covered in hair when I was putting my shoes on. Didn’t feel luxury at all - what a shame as it used to be so good.
