Lorna ensured I felt very comfortable on arrival & during the treatment. She talked me through the different waxes available & what would be best for my sensitive skin. She was clearly skilled as I was surprised to feel very little pain & I did not get the usual red rashes or bruising I’ve experienced attempting waxing elsewhere in the past. Lorna is exceptionally good & I will return. 10/10.
