I felt very uncomfortable during the wax, with it being my first time I booked in for a three quarter leg wax which I expected to be just above my knee which is all I was comfortable with but the therapist did right up into intimate areas without asking and pulling up my clothing herself, it made me feel very uncomfortable and exposed but I didn’t feel in a position to say anything. My legs are also stubbly when the description reads ‘silky smooth, unforgettably lustrous legs’
I’d also booked in for the following day via treatwell for £80 worth of treatments that I needed doing for an event with that being the only time I could do it around work and I had received the patch tests after getting my legs waxed. Just over an hour before I was due to get these treatments I received a text from the therapist saying if we could reschedule as she wasn’t feeling well. This was a huge inconvenience to me because at such short notice I couldn’t book in anywhere else to get treatments done without a patch test and I have to wait to receive a refund from treatwell, I really don’t recommend this salon.
