I had balayage done by Olivia and I’m disappointed. I had dark hair and I asked for ashy brown balayage because I didn’t want any red or brassiness which is common for dark hair when it is lightened. Olivia reassured me and I was there for 3 hours. I said I didn’t mind my ends being toned a little dark brown as when you wash hair it becomes lighter . However I ended with dark porous hair and I had no brown or can I see any contract. Olivia said she would do the colour so it is going dark to light brown ends so it looks seamless colour from the roots to end. I didn’t get any of that. I have one block colour, a few strands which are light here and there and some bits look grey. I had my hair done for my wedding and I’m so disappointed with what I ended up with. I have paid about £200 for this.

Amazing experience as every time I visit these guys, But Rob took it to a whole new level!! great professionality, great social skills, very friendly, listened to what I wanted and cut my hair even better than I was hoping for!! definitely will be back. 10/10 Rob!!
